Overview
An answer may be factually true yet unsupported by the evidence the application was allowed to use.
I separate factual correctness from grounding. Grounding asks whether each material claim is supported by the provided evidence or authoritative tool result, while abstention checks whether the system declines when that evidence is insufficient. The dataset therefore needs answerable, partially answerable, conflicting, and unanswerable cases rather than only questions with clean answers.
