Streaming reduces perceived latency, but an incomplete token sequence is not yet a valid domain result.
I treat streamed chunks as partial transport data until the provider marks the response complete and the full result passes validation. For ordinary JSON I usually buffer before parsing. If the provider exposes typed incremental events, I still define which fields are provisional and never execute a side effect from incomplete tool arguments.
